Reservations
A reservation constitutes a contract for hospitality service at the agreed time. The house holds the table for fifteen minutes after the agreed hour. After that the reservation may be released without notice.
Cancellation
Cancel by phone (+385 1 4814 014) or email at least 4 hours before the booking. For groups larger than 8, at least 24 hours. Private events and the Diplomatic Room follow a separate written arrangement.
Pricing
Menu prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Couvert (bread, oil, water) is €4 per person. We accept cash and major cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners).
Private events
Closed events (weddings, corporate dinners, Diplomatic Room meetings) are arranged through a written offer. A 30% deposit is due up to 7 days before the event.
Liability
The house is not responsible for lost or forgotten personal items. For valuables, a safe is available — ask the maître d' at the entrance.
Accessibility
The restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The Castellum courtyard entrance is at street level; the Diplomatic Room has its own access. Please mention any special requirements when booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. The competent court is in Zagreb.
