The Mediterranean doesn’t stop at borders. Adriatic fish, pasta rolled by hand every day, a cellar with over a hundred labels from Croatia, Italy, France, Slovenia, Spain, Portugal, the USA, Chile and Australia.
The menu changes with the season. White truffles run October through December, scallops are not on the board in July, asparagus belongs to spring. What isn’t in season isn’t on the page. What arrives from the sea that day is cooked that day.
Prices are listed below each dish. Whole fish goes by the kilogram — scorpionfish and John Dory 115 €, Ikejime 85 €, “Gregada” fresh fish stew 125 €. Pasta 26–35 €, starters from 15. Couvert 4 € per person, VAT included.
Allergens are numbered next to every dish. Your waiter can explain each tag. If you have specific needs, mention them before you sit. The wine list comes to the table separately. The sommelier is happy to recommend, or to pair bottles across the whole dinner.
A small kitchen with a long bench. Rooster with mlinci stays on the menu year-round. Everything else depends on what came from the Adriatic today.
