Hebrangova 34.
The pasta is rolled by hand every morning. Fuži, agnolotti, pappardelle, tagliatelle — four shapes, no machine, truffles from October to December. Gallo has cooked this way at Hebrangova 34 since 2002, under a name that is Italian for rooster. The menu reads in two languages, the fish arrives from the Adriatic, and the wine list runs from Friuli to Pelješac. Italian cooking, fed by a Croatian coast.
